Working together to help Kentucky's seniors

Autumn Dominski is the Director of Marketing at the Lafayette.  The Lafayette, along with Lexington Country Place, offers different levels of care on one campus to meet the needs of our residents.  These levels of care range from Independent Living Suites to Personal Care and Skilled Nursing. The Lafayette is managed and operated by Five Star Quality Care.  Five Star Quality Care has over 200 communities nationwide.

The Lafayette at Lexington Country Place is pleased to be Lexington’s premier continuing care retirement community that maximizes our residents’ functional abilities throughout all stages of life.  The Lafayette is where retirement comes to life Lexington style.  From our spacious suites to our delicious restaurant style dining, the Lafayette sets itself above the rest and has been for over 25 years.

Autumn has earned a BS in Business from the University of Memphis. She began her passion for helping seniors when she served as a Regional Project Coordinator for a development company that developed continuing care retirement communities (CCRC).  “Learning the process that went into designing safe and desirable communities for the senior population sparked my interest in wanting to further my education about retirement communities and what families go through during the aging process of their loved ones.” “I now can educate others and play an important role in the transition process from home to a safe and comfortable community,” says Autumn.

She has also served as a Director of Sales for two skilled nursing facilities in Memphis, TN before moving to Lexington and taking the role as Director of Marketing at the Lafayette.  She is the Vice President for the Bluegrass Continuity of Care, and serves on the committee for the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk and Challenges of Aging.  Autumn is a member of the Kentucky Association of Senior Services.
