Jerry Lucas is a Realtor® with the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation. He is specifically trained to serve the needs and interest of real estate buyers and sellers over the age of 50. He has the knowledge and expertise to counsel you through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocation, refinancing, or selling the family home. He can offer you the opportunity to complete a real estate transaction with the patience, professionalism and expertise you deserve.
Jerry is also a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS®). The National Association of Home Builders in collaboration with AARP developed the CAPS® program to help consumers wanting to make their house a home for a lifetime, even if their needs and abilities change. A Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) is a housing professional who:
§ Has been trained to meet the housing needs of the 50+ population.
§ Can identify &/or make home modifications to help people live independently in their home longer.
§ Can find solutions to common barriers that can make a house unsafe or uncomfortable.
